Shipping Policy

 

Order processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery times: most items arrive within 5-12 business days in the United States. Some products ship from our US warehouses and typically arrive in 3-7 business days; others ship from our international fulfillment partners and may take up to 12 business days.

 

Shipping cost: free standard shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat $4.99.

 

Tracking: every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at hersheybarme@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

 

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it.
