Refund policy

Returns

 

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you will need your order number or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, email us at hersheybarme@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

Exceptions

 

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hersheybarme@gmail.com.
